You may not use BizAt for any of the following:

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
  • Infringing intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret)
  • Transmitting spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing content
  • Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code
  • Harassing, threatening, defaming, or discriminating against individuals
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliations
  • Collecting personal data without proper consent
  • Interfering with or disrupting our infrastructure or Services
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls
  • Using the Services to build a competing product
  • Exceeding rate limits or engaging in denial-of-service attacks
  • Automating account creation or scraping data without authorization

3. Content Standards

Content transmitted through our Services must not:

  • Contain hate speech, extremist content, or incitement to violence
  • Depict child exploitation or abuse material
  • Promote illegal activities, including illegal drug use
  • Contain sexually explicit material without proper age-gating
  • Infringe upon any third party's rights
  • Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Removing prohibited content
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement
  • Taking legal action to recover damages
